Her key areas of expertise include early stage fundraising, venture capital and equity investments, employee share option schemes and general corporate governance matters. Emma advises companies, institutional investors, angel investors and syndicates, and venture capitalists, across the retail, food and drink, fashion, technology, life sciences and digital health sectors.
