The Agenda

Editor's note

Laura Chandler

Welcome to the September issue of the Corporate Agenda. As the new Head of Corporate at Mishcon, I'm delighted to be sharing our latest insights from our department.

September is a busy time for our team on the transactional side. In particular, we are excited by the momentum building around transactions using private market platforms under the "PISCES" framework. We have been involved in the development of PISCES since its inception and transactions on PISCES platforms are now increasingly hitting the headlines. For companies seeking to create liquidity for their founders, investors and employees, joining a PISCES platform is now something to consider alongside traditional liquidity solutions.

As well as PISCES, in this edition we highlight the latest developments in the ongoing reform of Companies House and increasing corporate transparency.

Finally, if you haven't already, I would encourage you to sign up for one of our annual In-House Counsel days, which promises to be informative and hopefully fun!
