Mishcon de Reya has advised the shareholders of Signify Technology, a specialist technology recruitment and talent solutions firm, on its sale to eTeam, a global workforce and technology solutions provider.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in London, Signify specialises in technology recruitment across the US and Europe, with expertise spanning software engineering, data, cloud and cybersecurity. The acquisition brings together Signify's specialist technology talent expertise and client relationships with eTeam's global reach and broader workforce and technology solutions. Signify will continue to operate under its existing brand and leadership team.

The Mishcon de Reya team was led by Nick Davis, Head of the Recruitment Services Group, alongside Associates in the Corporate team Linda Ali and George Sussock. John Skoulding, Partner in the Tax team, advised on the tax aspects of the deal and alongside Managing Associate Jade Pilling and Associates Eve Drysdale and Matthew Gold, and Managing Associate Sean Jamieson advised on the employment aspects.

Nick Davis commented:  "We have been on the journey with Ryan and the team at Signify Technology and we are so delighted to have helped them successfully conclude this transaction. This further underlines our experience and leading expertise in the Recruitment Services Sector."

Ryan Adams, Founder of Signify Technology, commented: “The team at Mishcon de Reya were excellent, played a critical role in helping us to get this over the line and it was a pleasure to work with them. Mishcon’s Recruitment Sector expertise and commitment throughout the deal were second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending them to other business owners considering a sale.”
