Laura is a Managing Associate in the Finance department. Laura's particular focus is on development and investment real estate financings. She acts for a variety of lenders and borrowers on bilateral facilities and multi-jurisdictional syndicated facilities, and loan-on-loans, covering a wide range of assets including offices, warehouses, purpose-built student accommodation, residential care homes, hotels, private rented sector and other commercial property.

Laura acts for banks, funds, investment management firms, other financial institutions, sponsors, developers, family offices and UHNW individuals and she has extensive experience acting for Islamic banks on Murabaha structures for real estate lending.

Laura also advises on general corporate lending and acquisition finance.
