Beth is an associate in the Private Equity group. As part of her private equity experience, Beth focusses on advising founders and management teams on buy-out and growth capital investments.
She has experience of UK and cross-border corporate transactions including private mergers and acquisitions for large corporates, private equity houses and management teams. Beth has also advised clients on joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory work.
