Meehir Patel is an Associate in the Corporate department.
He advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on corporate real estate and private equity transactions, complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, and general corporate advisory work. Meehir works with clients across a wide range of sectors, advising on both domestic and international transactions.
Alongside his corporate practice, Meehir practises independently as a Notary Public in England and Wales.
