Sara is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department with a special focus on civil fraud and commercial litigation.
Her experience includes acting for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses in complex contentious matters of significant value, often with cross-border elements, and with concurrent investigations by foreign enforcement agencies such as the US Department of Justice. Her work has covered a broad range of commercially based disputes including general contractual and financial disputes and allegations of civil fraud, bribery and corruption. In addition, Sara has experience of working on matters where managing reputational risk has been a key issue for clients.
Sara trained at Mishcon de Reya during which time she gained experience in the Corporate, Private Contentious, Family and Litigation departments.
Before Sara became a private practice solicitor, she worked at an asset management firm where she gained invaluable commercial experience which she draws on in the context of her legal work.
Sara sits on the committee of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association.
