Vittorio is an Associate in the Corporate department.

Vittorio advises private equity, corporate and institutional clients on public and private cross-border M&A, investments matters and other strategic transactions. He has experience in advising on transactions involving UK regulated entities, as well as Chinese outbound investments into Europe.

Key Experience

• Advising Stonepeak Partners on its acquisition of a majority controlling interest in Castrol, a global leader in lubricants, from BP p.l.c.
• Advising Crane NXT, Co. on its acquisition of De La Rue’s authentication division
• Advising Atairos in connection with its $580 million recommended acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Ocean Outdoor
• Advising Lightyear Capital on its acquisition of U.K. wealth management firm Wren Sterling from Palatine Private Equity and others
• Representing BC Partners in connection with the strategic partnership between BC Real Estate and Proprium Capital Partners
• Advising MSCI Inc. in connection with its investment in Evora Global Limited, a professional real asset consultancy
