Matthew Palmer

Personal Profile

Matthew is the Firm's Head of Insight and Research, with overall responsibility for the effective application of insight and research to building strong client relationships and developing the Firm's business. He is also responsible for driving the development of the Firm's thought leadership programme.

Matthew joined the Firm following a 25 year career as a Strategist, applying insight to devise customer-centric brand and communications strategies which delivered tangible growth and significant Return On Investment for local, international and global clients. During this time he was part of the European Management Team of GTB and the Management Boards of the London Offices of Bartle Bogle Hegarty, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Leagas Delaney.
