Ellieshia is an Associate in the Corporate team. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, joint ventures, shareholder relations and general corporate governance.
Ellieshia acts predominantly for private companies focusing on privately owned businesses and entrepreneurs. Whilst Ellieshia's work is sector agnostic having worked for clients across a broad range of sectors including life sciences, renewable energy, wineries, and publishing houses Ellieshia has a particular focus on clean tech and emerging technologies. Ellieshia's practice frequently involves international elements where she has worked closely with overseas counsel.
