Stephen is the Senior Business Development Manager for the Firm's Intellectual Property Department and Competition Group. He also focuses on cross-departmental sector groups including Technology, Retail and Fashion, Hospitality & Leisure, Food & Beverage, Automotive and Life Sciences. He is responsible for the management and execution of strategic business initiatives and campaigns, and manages firmwide mentoring programmes with the British Fashion Council and Walpole.
Before joining Mishcon de Reya in 2010, Stephen worked in communications for several years at international law firm Hogan Lovells and was previously a legal journalist within the Reed Business Information group. He completed joint Bachelors of Law and Arts at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand, and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2001.
