Rajiv is an Associate in the Employment department.
He advises employers and employees on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of the law, including: discrimination; restrictive covenants; HR advisory; unfair dismissal; data theft and the misappropriation of confidential information; and other contractual issues. Rajiv also advises on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and settlement agreements.
He has experience of matters in both the Employment Tribunal and the High Court and works across a range of business sectors.
Rajiv is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
