Personal Profile

Jenny is a Managing Associate in the Firm's Employment Department. She acts for employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters and has extensive experience of work in both the Tribunal and High Court. She regularly advises on terminations, redundancies, settlement agreements, all aspects of discrimination and whistleblowing legislation, unfair and wrongful dismissal, TUPE, restrictive covenants, remuneration and other contractual issues.  Jenny also regularly advises LLPs and LLP members on partnership matters and disputes.  She also has experience of advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Jenny's clients come from a number of sectors including financial services, charities, law, fashion, property and technology.

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Key Experience

  • Successfully negotiated high value settlements for employers and employees in sex discrimination, maternity discrimination and whistleblowing disputes.
  • Advised on complex LLP litigation in the High Court
  • Advised Cancer Research UK on the full spectrum of employment law from day to day HR advisory to Employment Tribunal litigation.
  • Acted for companies and individuals in relation to restrictive covenant breaches and theft of confidential information, particularly in the recruitment and financial services sectors.
  • Regularly represents directors, partners and senior employees in all sectors advising them on their contracts, terminations, career issues, bonus and/or other incentives disputes.
