Harry is an Associate in the Video Games team of Mishcon's Interactive Entertainment division. He has experience in advising on a broad range of commercial matters, such as IP licencing, game development agreements and terms and conditions, as well as on regulatory issues relating to gambling, consumer and advertising and promotional marketing law. He also co-developed the firm's internal training on using AI and large language models safely and effectively and regularly speaks at industry events on related topics.
Prior to joining Mishcon, Harry trained at an international firm garnering both private and in-house experience in matters relating to intellectual property, commercial agreements, sponsorship and licensing, corporate and consumer law. He has also advised charities, individuals, and start-ups in a pro bono capacity on software licensing, intellectual property and employment issues, as well as in a consultancy capacity on understanding the video games and esports sectors.
Outside of practice, Harry frequently volunteers for initiatives that aim to help broaden access to the legal profession irrespective of background. He is a member of The Law Society's executive committee for junior and aspiring solicitors and has produced his own podcast designed to help aspiring lawyers learn more about the profession, 'More from Law'.
