Arnaud is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department, specialising in commercial properties.

He has many years' experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property, with particular expertise in complex real estate transactions, site assembly and other development work (including rafts and structures over railway lines).  Arnaud also has particular experience in the acquisition and sale of high value investment, retail, leisure and office premises as well asrepresenting both institutional landlords and occupational tenants on lettings.

Arnaud acts for a broad spectrum of clients ranging from quoted companies in the UK and foreign property companies to high profile private developers and investors, including Capital & Counties Properties PLC, Frogmore Real Estate Partners, Mansford and Matterhorn Capital.

Arnaud joined the firm in 1996 and has been a Senior Associate since 2000. He holds degrees from Kings College, London and the Sorbonne, Paris and speaks fluent French.

Key Experience

Recent transactions include:

  • Advising on the £107m sale of Marco Polo House, London SW8 to Berkeley Group
  • Advising on the £82.1m acquisition of the Manchester Phones 4U and acting for Capital & Counties on various aspects of the regeneration of the Earls Court redevelopment.
  • Advised Matterhorn Capital on a £20 million acquisition of two investment properties in Market Street, Newcastle.
