Amanda Campbell is Of Counsel in the Planning and Environment Team.
She has a wealth of experience in relation to acting for public and private sector clients. Her specialisms include mixed use regeneration for national projects and drafting complex 106 Agreements, EIA review, making compulsory purchase orders, appropriation matters and providing strategic and commercial advice relating to planning permissions. Amanda has acted in relation to the regeneration of the South Acton Estate in Ealing, Bridge Close in Havering, as well as the Carpenter's Estate in Newham.
Amanda's infrastructure experience includes acting on the first Development Consent Order for Covanta Energy, Mersey Gateway Transport and Works Act Order for a new bridge crossing, and acting for Network Rail and their development consents. She advised HS2 on the promotion of the bill through Parliament and led the inquiry for London City Airport's expansion after call-in by the Mayor of London.
