Will is a Managing Associate in the Emerging Companies team, focusing on advising emerging companies, founders and a range of venture capital, angel and other investors.
Will has experience advising emerging companies and investors at different stages of the investment cycle, including in Seed, Series A – C and other growth rounds. He takes a commercial approach to his practice and values building strong relationships with clients based on a deep understanding of their businesses.
Prior to joining Mishcon de Reya, Will worked in international law firms in Australia and Singapore as well as in-house as Head of Legal at an Australian based venture capital fund manager.
