Victoria is a commercial litigator in the Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Group and advises on all aspects of brand protection.
She specialises in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property and related rights, including trade marks, design rights, patents, copyright, passing off, breach of confidence and domain names. She also advises on advertising campaigns and marketing promotions; and she has particular experience of acting for clients in civil fraud claims, obtaining and executing Search and Freezing Orders, Evidence Preservation, Delivery-up and Restraining Injunctions and Third Party Disclosure Orders.
Victoria acts for a wide range of clients across industries including fashion retail, sport, FMCG, life sciences, pharmaceutical, technology, communications and media.
She has represented clients in disputes in the High Court, IPEC and Court of Appeal, in international arbitration tribunals and in alternative dispute resolution procedures, often acting in multi-jurisdictional disputes and working with advisors from across Europe and North and South America.
Victoria is a member of The Society for Junior Intellectual Property Practitioners (IPSoc), the Young Fraud Lawyers Association (YFLA) and the Fraud Women's Network.
