Tina is an Associate in the Intellectual Property team in the Innovation department.
She has experience of IP advisory and contentious work involving trade marks, designs, patents, copyright and passing off, as well as advising clients on brand protection strategies.
Before qualifying into the Intellectual Property team, Tina was seconded to a major media and entertainment company, where she advised on a range of commercial and intellectual property matters. During her training contract, Tina also advised clients on corporate, interactive entertainment and commercial litigation matters.
Prior to training at Mishcon, Tina worked at Easol Trading plc, a tech start-up offering software-as-a-service to the experience commerce sector.
