Stefania is a Managing Associate in the Commercial team and Intellectual Property department, with substantial experience working with businesses at the cutting edge of research and technology whose intellectual property is of primary importance.
She advises a broad range of clients on non-contentious matters across all sectors, with a particular focus and expertise on pharma and biotech; medical devices; food, nutrition and supplements; healthcare; med tech; data protection; and technology industries.
Stefania provides a full range of strategic intellectual property and commercial advice. This includes licensing, partnering and exploitation; research and development; marketing collaborations; co-existence models; manufacturing; distribution; commercial agency; joint venture and alliances; supply; and service arrangements as well as regulatory advice.
She has recently advised a number of drug developers and contract research organisations on project management strategies as well as their global contracts and relationships related to clinical trials, observational studies and extended use studies.
She has also represented both suppliers and customers on major commercial and technology arrangements.
In addition, Stefania has acted for clients with some of the most advanced technological issues, across a number of sectors, advising on areas of improvement and risk limitation in relation to data protection and GDPR compliance, drawing on her in-depth knowledge of data protection matters.
She has also advised clients on intellectual property in the context of a broad range of corporate matters including complex international corporate and finance transactions
