Silvia advises on cases with international elements, matters involving multiple trusts and various company structures, issues of serious non-disclosure, and cases involving nuptial agreements.
Silvia frequently acts for parents in applications under Section 8 of the Children Act 1989, including those featuring non-compliance and enforcement, and has built a substantial practice in international cases, dealing with issues of Schedule 1, relocation, child abduction and jurisdiction.
A native Italian speaker, Silvia has assisted Italian clients in numerous high value and complex matters, including cross-jurisdictional disputes.
