- Advising a Bahamian-based group on its restructuring and reorganisation of group debt to facilitate the establishment of a joint venture.
- Assisting i-Resource, one of the UK's largest privately owned recruitment firms, on its acquisition of Ryalto.
- Advising the shareholders and management of Elixir Distillers, an independent whisky specialist, on the acquisition of Tormore Distillery from Pernod Ricard.
- Assisting a leading property investment and development company on the sale of its interest in a joint-venture vehicle to a Malaysia-based buyer.
