Ollie is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Group in the Dispute Resolution department.
He is a commercial litigator who has acted for both claimants and defendants in high value, complex disputes across a range of sectors including natural resources and energy, telecoms, media, and professional services. He is familiar with different dispute resolution mechanisms and has represented international companies, shareholders, liquidators, and individuals in disputes arising from allegations of breach of contract, negligence, and fraud.
Ollie has also spent 14 months on secondment as a Registered Foreign Lawyer at Karas So LLP in Hong Kong. He has experience litigating in different jurisdictions and working closely with foreign counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.

- Representing liquidators of a formerly SGX-listed water treatment company in Singapore court proceedings against the company’s former CEO and auditors.
- Representing liquidators of a formerly HKEX-listed food and beverage company in Hong Kong court proceedings against the company’s former auditors.
- Acted for Telefonica UK Limited (O2) against Phones 4u Limited (In Administration) in a collusion claim against EE, Vodafone, Telefonica, and their parent companies (at the relevant time) in the English High Court (Competition List) (Phones 4u Limited (In Administration) v EE Limited & Ors [2023] EWHC 2826 (Ch)).
- Represented Aquis-listed Watchstone Group PLC in an audit negligence claim against KPMG LLP in the English High Court (Commercial Division), which was successfully compromised.
- Represented UK subsidiaries of Swedish publishing house Bonnier AB in an audit negligence claim against Haysmacintyre LLP in the English High Court (Commercial Division), which was successfully compromised.
- Acted for a group of investors in claims under s.90 and s.90A FSMA against two multinational listed pharmaceutical companies in the English High Court (Commercial Division, Financial List).
- Represented companies and individuals in jurisdiction challenges in the English High Court.
- Represented a Nasdaq Helsinki listed Finnish O&M provider in an ICC arbitration relating to a power plant in Pakistan.
- Represented a German online food delivery company in a DIFC arbitration arising from a shareholder dispute.
- Represented a publicly-listed junior mining company in an ICSID arbitration under the U.S.-Panama Bilateral Investment Treaty arising out of a mineral concession investment in the Republic of Panama.
- Represented a NASDAQ-listed company in an ICDR arbitration against Hong Kong-based individuals regarding civil fraud and breach of restrictive employment covenants.
- Acted for listed multi-national companies seeking to build and improve compliance frameworks.
