Ollie is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Group in the Dispute Resolution Department. He is a commercial litigator with experience of high value, multi-jurisdictional disputes in the natural resources, technology, financial services and healthcare sectors.
He has acted for both Claimants and Defendants and has experience with a range of dispute resolution mechanisms. Ollie has acted for a variety of international companies, shareholders and states, and has worked on disputes involving various contractual issues, negligence and fraud.

- Acted for a Finnish O&M provider in an ICC arbitration relating to a power plant in Pakistan.
- Acted for a technology company in a DIFC arbitration arising from a shareholder dispute.
- Acted for a junior mining company in an ICSID arbitration under the U.S.-Panama Bilateral Investment Treaty arising out of a mineral concession investment in the Republic of Panama.
- Acted for a NASDAQ-listed company in an ICDR arbitration against Hong Kong-based individuals regarding civil fraud and breach of restrictive covenants contained in employment agreements.
