Molly is an Associate in the Employment department.
She advises both employers and employees across all stages of the employment relationship, from recruitment and day-to-day HR matters to discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissal and exit planning. She advises on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and settlement agreements, as well on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Molly has experience of Employment Tribunal litigation and works across a range of business sectors.
She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
