Geoff advises venture-capital backed technology companies, their founders, and those who invest in them on a full range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Venture capital and equity investments (ranging from £200k seed rounds to $200m series B rounds and beyond);
- Employee equity incentive schemes – with a particular specialism in EMI share option, CSOP, and growth share schemes;
- Corporate structuring, including shareholders’ agreement and articles of association; and
- Intellectual property licences, exploitation and protection;
