She has broad experience negotiating large commercial and technology contracts in a broad range of industries as well as in advising on mergers and acquisitions and capital raises. Anna's key focus area is in the Life Sciences sector and has completed a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biotechnology.
Anna is pragmatic, solutions-focused and concentrates on achieving her clients' commercial goals.
Prior to joining Mishcon de Reya, Anna worked for a number of years in the commercial and corporate team at a leading law firm in New Zealand.
