Mishcon de Reya's Real Estate team has advised King Street Capital Management, Cohort Capital, and funds managed by Apollo, in agreeing a £348 million senior loan facility to refinance the Park Tower Hotel.
Park Tower is a 16-storey, 271-room freehold asset located in a prime Knightsbridge location, close to Sloane Street and the south entrance of Hyde Park.
