Emily is an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team.

She acts on a broad range of commercial real estate matters across many different asset classes. Emily has experience advising institutional investors, private equity firms, asset managers and developers on indirect and direct real estate transactions across many sectors, but predominantly in industrial, offices, retail and living. Emily also has experience in providing real estate support for finance and corporate transactions.

Emily is also a committee member of Ladies in Real Estate, the largest networking group for women working in real estate in the UK, with responsibility for the group's mentoring programme.

Represented a large institutional investor on the sale of an office development in London's West End for $1 billion.
Acted for a UK developer and asset manager in relation to a 1 million sq ft life sciences joint venture and development.
Advised a BTR management company on the sale of a large development in Greater London to a global residential investor.
Acted for a retail asset manager on various asset management agreements governing large UK shopping centres.
Experience in landlord and tenant work including substantial pre-let arrangements for logistics and office assets.
