Alex is an Associate in the Construction Group of the Real Estate department, specialising in non-contentious construction law.

Alex advises developers, funders, investors and contractors across a number of sectors, including build-to-rent, student accommodation, care-home facilities, offices, retail and leisure. He drafts and negotiates construction agreements for a wide range of clients, including consultancy appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, guarantees and construction and engineering contracts. Alex also provides support to our real estate finance and commercial real estate teams.
