Mishcon de Reya has advised i-Resource, one of the UK's largest privately owned specialist recruitment firms, on its strategic acquisition of Ryalto, a leading workforce communications, engagement and flexible shift booking app.

The acquisition of Ryalto will bolster i-Resource's growth in the healthcare & broader care sector and add to the breadth of HR tech that they offer their customers.
