In this in-person morning seminar, our speakers will provide the latest thinking on each of these areas – from recent important cases considering the criteria in trade mark infringement and passing off cases, through to the latest developments on copyright and design protection, and on enforcement of IP rights. We will also discuss emerging subjects such as the interplay between IP and generative AI, the impact of the Retained EU Law (Revocation & Reform) Act 2023 on IP rights, and proposals for IP reform. Throughout, our speakers will analyse strategic opportunities for managing and enforcing IP rights.
