Troy is a Managing Associate in the Corporate department with a wide-ranging practice area that covers both private and public corporate work.

He is experienced in advising on multiple corporate cross-jurisdictional mergers & acquisitions for institutional, trade and private clients across a broad range of sectors including life sciences, recruitment services, technology and manufacturing. Troy also has good experience acting for institutions on management buy-outs, as well as management teams.

He has also recently acted on number of public fundraisings for AIM listed companies including several IPOs.
