Smaïn is an Associate in the Corporate department.

Smaïn brings experience across a diverse range of sectors, including IT, energy, professional services, engineering and real estate. He has broad transactional expertise within corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, share swaps, and management buyouts.

Smaïn also advises on general corporate and commercial matters, including complex shareholders’ agreements. He has acted for various clients ranging from business start-ups to large multinational companies.
