George Sussock is an Associate in the Corporate department.
He has experience across a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, shareholder arrangements and general corporate advisory work.
George began his legal career at a leading New Zealand firm after qualifying there, where he advised clients across a range of sectors including private equity, hospitality, sports and infrastructure. On moving to London, he joined a boutique music and entertainment firm, where he worked on transactions ranging from share purchases, asset purchases, capital raises, to early-stage investments and shareholder arrangements.
At Mishcon, George sits within the Corporate Private Wealth team, advising entrepreneurs, family businesses and private capital on corporate transactions, while also maintaining a broader corporate and corporate real estate practice. He has a strong interest in artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, and the legal and commercial issues they raise for businesses in this space.
