Kate and Matt will talk about how Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors are transforming how companies and investors think about risk. They will also discuss the evolution of corporate governance standards to meet growing demands for greater accountability and transparency, and the importance for boards of ensuring that companies operate under a clearly articulated corporate Purpose.
