United Arab Emirates

Unlocking growth in a market setting the pace of change

The United Arab Emirates is a market shaped by pace, ambition and transformation. From our Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices, we help clients navigate change, anticipate what’s next and unlock growth — for their businesses, their families and the wider region — discreetly, strategically and with deep cultural fluency.

A global crossroads where capital, talent and ideas converge, the UAE offers favourable tax structures, world‑class infrastructure and flexible residency pathways. Entrepreneurs, international families, multinationals and sovereign wealth funds operate, invest and continue to grow in the region.

In a market where trust and reputation matter, clients need advisers who combine global capability with genuine local insight. We bring the full value of an international law firm to the UAE, supporting clients across private wealth, corporate, disputes, employment, real estate, innovation and impact.

The law firm for navigating change with clarity and practicality

Mishcon de Reya UAE is built for clients operating at speed and scale. We bring breadth of expertise, cultural understanding and a forward‑looking perspective. Our solutions are bespoke, practical, commercial and personal.

In the UAE, growth takes different forms and requires advisers who understand its pace and nuances.

We don’t just give advice – we make things happen. Combining judgement with determination, we recognise that the most complex decisions are often deeply personal and can impact many areas.
