Winnie is a Legal Director with over a decade of experience advising on complex mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters for both multinational corporations and high-net-worth (HNW) individuals.

Winne's practice encompasses joint ventures, asset financing, and corporate reorganisations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing deal outcomes.

  • Advised a leading global media conglomerate on the formation and dissolution of joint venture in Hong Kong, PRC and Taiwan in respect of media and networking business, and advising on related licensing arrangement. 
  • Advised a leading Japanese consumer electronics company on data transfer issues in connection with a corporate demerger. 
  • Advised a major private equity fund on its negotiation of a joint venture agreement involving the acquisition and renovation of an industrial building and the acquisition of cold storage and logistics business in Hong Kong. 
  • Advised a pharmaceutical company based in Belgium on the negotiation of a joint venture with its licensed distributor in the PRC. 
  • Advised a UK-based car accessories manufacturer and distributor on pre-sale re-organisation and subsequent merger with one of the world's largest manufacturers of batteries on acquihire basis. 
  • Advised a hotel supply product manufacturer and distributor on the sale of the majority stake of its Indian business to a listed company in Hong Kong. 
  • Advised a PRC listed company on its acquisition of a renowned Switzerland manufacturer and designer of surveying products and systems.
  • Advised an IoT products manufacturer and distributor on the sale of the trading business involving wireless IoT products to a NASDAQ-listed US conglomerate.
  • Advised a leading music store and education business in Hong Kong on its acquisition of a majority stake in a leading manufacturer of player piano systems in the US and the issuance of convertible bonds to a renowned Japanese music instrument manufacturer. 
  • Advised a major property developer in the PRC on the two-step disposal of a Hong Kong holding group with subsidiaries and landed properties in Daya Gulf for redevelopment purpose. 
  • Advised a HNW family on the distribution of family assets involving financial assistance and whitewash procedure.
  • Advised a renowned caviar trading and restaurant business in Hong Kong on its acquisition of a minority stake from the Swiss producer and brand owner, and obtaining a licence in respect of the business in Hong Kong.
