Mishcon de Reya has today announced that Mandy Xu has joined the firm as Of Counsel, further strengthening the Disputes department.
Mandy brings many years of experience across a range of complex commercial disputes, international arbitration and regulatory investigations, and has acted for major corporate groups, listed companies and high net worth individuals in a wide range of contentious matters. She is qualified to practise in Hong Kong, England and Wales and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Mandy will be based in Mishcon de Reya's Hong Kong office. She joins several recent additions to the Hong Kong Disputes and Innovation departments, including partner Mark Davis, and new partners Robert Rhoda and Paolo Sbuttoni, who are all dual qualified in England and Wales, and Hong Kong.
