Will is an Associate in the Corporate department, advising founders, investors, start-ups and established businesses across a broad range of sectors.
Will's practice spans the full corporate lifecycle, from seed and growth-stage equity fundraisings through to exit. He has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, acting for clients on both the buy and sell side, from distressed sales to large-scale international deals.

- Advising T-Therapeutics Limited in respect of its £48 million Series A investment led by Sofinnova Partners, F-Prime Capital, Digitalis Ventures and Cambridge Innovation Capital.
- Advising the founders of Secret Food Tours, an international food tour business, and Pembroke VCT on the sale of a minority stake to Harwood Private Capital.
- Advising Cambridge Innovation Capital in relation to the sale of Congenica Ltd to SeqOne SAS.
- Advising Pencil Biosciences Limited in respect of its seed investment round led by Octopus Ventures and Northern Gritstone.
- Advising the UK and Australian owners of the industry-leading Mobile Visual Information Systems (MVIS) Group on its sale.
- Advising Land Survey Solutions, a national engineering surveying and monitoring business, on its sale to Westbridge.
- Advising S&W Group Limited on multiple acquisitions, including the acquisition of Fredward 16 Limited.
