Will's practice spans the full corporate lifecycle, from seed and growth-stage equity fundraisings through to exit. He has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, acting for clients on both the buy and sell side, from distressed sales to large-scale international deals.

Advising Cambridge Innovation Capital in relation to the sale of Congenica Ltd to SeqOne SAS.
