Molly is an Associate (Australian Qualified) in the Intellectual Property team.

She has experience advising clients on the clearance, protection and enforcement of trade marks in Australia, the UK, and internationally, working with businesses across a broad range of sectors. She regularly advises on trade mark clearance and risk assessment, national and international filing strategies, portfolio management, and contentious trade mark matters (including oppositions and non-use actions). She also has experience in design and copyright matters both in the UK and internationally.

Molly is admitted to practise in Australia and the US (New York and California) and holds a Masters of Laws from the University of Southern California.
