Mark is an Associate in the Intellectual Property team in the Innovation department.
He advises clients on disputes involving all manner of IP rights, including trade marks, passing off, copyright, patents, and confidential information. He is particularly passionate about working with clients in the media, technology and gaming sectors where innovation and IP protection intersect in dynamic and evolving ways.
He has represented clients before the High Court and the Court of Appeal and advises clients across a variety of sectors. He has experience handling all stages of IP disputes, from pre-action correspondence through to trial. Mark also advises on general commercial litigation matters and has contributed articles on a range of IP topics from trade marks and copyright to FRAND.
Mark completed the PG Diploma in IP Law and Practice at the University of Oxford with distinction in 2024.
He is also actively involved in pro bono work, including previous experience such as providing support with legal research on reproductive rights in Africa and advising charities on IP matters.
