Kate is a Managing Associate in the Corporate team.
Since qualifying as a Solicitor Kate has advised various clients ranging from early-stage to established companies, on a variety of corporate matters including start-up and private equity investment, employee share option schemes, private mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements and general corporate law matters.
