She advises international and regional clients on a broad range of corporate and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic corporate projects. She regularly advises on shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations and governance.
Based in the UAE since 2023, Isabelle has worked on a number of regional corporate transactions for clients operating across sectors including retail, hospitality, insurance, sports and technology.
Isabelle has substantive experience advising on international and cross-border matters and is well placed to support clients operating across multiple jurisdictions. She works closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and deliver practical, commercially focused advice that reflects both legal requirements and the realities of doing business in the region.
