Emma is a Managing Associate, Knowledge Lawyer in the Corporate department.

Her role includes drafting and developing the Corporate department's precedents, co-ordinating and delivering training, facilitating knowledge sharing, keeping fee earners and clients up to date on legal developments and working with the Firm's practice transformation team.

Prior to joining the Knowledge team, Emma spent seven years in the Firm's Corporate department. Her practice included mergers and acquisitions, private equity related transactions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
