Cassandra is a Managing Associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group in the Dispute Resolution department.

She specialises in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including: trademarks; passing off; design rights; copyright; confidential information; and patent disputes. Cassandra also advises on Customs and Trading Standards detentions and enforcement.

She acts for a wide range of clients, including those in the IT, pharmaceutical, life sciences, luxury goods, health and clothing industries where she advises on all aspects of brand protection. Cassandra has also acted for numerous clients in civil fraud claims, including obtaining Search and Freezing Orders and Third Party Disclosure Orders.

She is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association (YFLA), the Intellectual Property Society (IPSoc) and the Fraud Women's Network.
