Carolina advises both corporates and individuals on private mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, joint venture structures, and fundraisings.
As a native English, French and Spanish speaker, Carolina is building out her practice with an international focus. Carolina is a key member of the French Group and Latin America & Iberia Team.

- Advising a leading European MedTech distributor and service provider acquiring a UK medical diagnostics provider
- Advising UHNW individuals and family offices on corporate transactions for wealth and succession planning, including the purchase of a residential SPV and the reorganisation and demerger of a family run business
