Alex advises clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters including trade marks, copyright, passing off, patents, designs and confidential information, as well as brand protection and IP enforcement strategies.
He has experience across a range of sectors, with particular experience working with clients in the technology, retail, media and entertainment sectors.
