On Thursday 8 June, we launched the third edition of the Tech London Advocates (TLA), Law Society and SCL Blockchain Legal & Regulatory Guidance.
Sir Geoffrey Vos (Master of Rolls), Matthew Lavy KC (4 Pump Court) and Tom Grogan (Chief Executive Officer of MDRx) joined Anne Rose, (Managing Associate and founder of the TLA Blockchain Legal & Regulatory Group), to discuss emerging legal issues with Blockchain and associated technologies.
The Guidance, compiled by Anne Rose and members of the TLA Blockchain Legal & Regulatory Working Group provides lawyers and practitioners advising on Blockchain and distributed ledger technologies (DLT) with an understanding of the evolving commercial and technological issues in this area, and how they impact wider areas of litigation and the law.
