Mishcon de Reya has advised Turkish private equity group Esas Holding on the £115m sale of 15 Fetter Lane, EC4.
The prime city office block was purchased by German group HIH Invest and is their first London office purchase in six years. The block has been recently refurbished and is fully occupied, containing 85,000 sq ft of offices. Tenants include law firms Marks & Clerk, Peters & Peters, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
