Jessica is an Associate in the Immigration department, where she trained for three years prior to qualifying as a Solicitor. Her clients include high net worth individuals and businesses that require advice on a range of UK Immigration matters.
Jessica has a breadth of experience assisting clients on all types of immigration applications in the UK and due to her extensive knowledge and practical experience is able to develop creative solutions for clients.
In particular, Jessica advises clients looking to relocate to the UK under the Tier 1 (Investor) or Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) route. The ultimate goal for many of these clients is British citizenship and Jessica provides long-term strategic advice to clients to achieve this aim, taking into consideration their likely excess absences from the UK.
Jessica has experience advising on exceptional and complex British citizenship applications, indefinite leave to remain and discretionary leave to remain applications. She regularly advises on all points based system applications, family and European applications, and also assists clients with appeals to the immigration tribunal.
As part of the firm's Tier 2 Business Immigration group, Jessica assists with sponsor licences, compliance audits and Tier 2 visa applications, and has experience in reinstating suspended licences. She also advises on sole representative of an overseas business applications for senior business figures setting up the company's initial UK office.
Jessica also advises clients on contentious immigration matters. This includes appeals to the immigration tribunal, judicial review claims and complex asylum claims involving political persecution.
